These Terms of Service outline the general terms and conditions governing your use of the Website, the App, and our Services. They supplement (but do not replace) any other terms of use posted on the Website, within the App, or linked to from our Terms and Conditions page at https://jobsido.com/terms. Together, these documents form the entire agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("you" or the "User") and us.
By accessing or using the Service, you, along with all other individuals accessing or using the Service (collectively referred to as "Users"), acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This includes your use of the Website, the App, and the services we provide through them.
YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICES IF YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE (I.E., IF YOU ARE A MINOR).
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, VARIOUS LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND INDEMNITIES.

The Service allows Users seeking assistance ("Requesting Users") with various tasks, including home-related services, to connect with third-party service professionals ("Service Providers") through the Website or App. These professionals are available to complete the requested tasks ("Skilled Professionals") for the Requesting Users.
The Service acts solely as a platform to facilitate connections between Requesting Users and Service Providers. We do not provide, manage, or perform any Skilled Professionals ourselves. As such, we are not responsible for the execution, quality, timing, or any other aspects of the Skilled Professionals, including the identification, request, or provision of Skilled Professionals, whether directly or indirectly related to the use of our platform.
To request assistance and connect with a Service Provider, you must become a registered User by creating a User Account (as defined below). The Service is accessible via both computer and mobile devices.
A User may utilize the Service to post a request for a specific Home Service (a "Request"). Each Request must be clearly worded, accurately categorized, and provide a fair and precise description of the work to be completed. As the Requesting User, you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details, including the nature of the work requested and the location where the Home Service will take place (the "Premises").
Each Request is limited to one distinct Home Service, which may be performed by one or more Service Providers. If you require assistance with multiple Skilled Professionals, you must submit a separate Request for each service.
By confirming your Request, you acknowledge and agree that you are making an offer, which any Service Provider has the discretion to accept or reject. You may cancel the job (the "Job") without incurring any fees, provided the Service Provider has not yet departed for the Premises. Once a Service Provider accepts your Request, you will be notified with details about the service provider, including their name, photo, company name, customer service rating, and estimated time of arrival. You may contact the Service Provider via telephone or text message solely for matters related to the Home Service Request.
By making a Request, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to grant the Service Provider access to the Premises where the Home Service is to be performed. You also agree that either you or a representative, who is at least 18 years old, will be present at the Premises at all times during the execution of the Home Service.
You agree that you will not assist the Service Provider or participate in the Job in any way. JobsIdo assumes no liability for any damages or losses, including personal injury, death, or property damage, that may arise from your participation in the Job.
Ensure that you communicate the preferred time slot for the Home Service clearly with the Service Provider. Coordination of the timing is crucial to avoid any disruptions.
A Requesting User may cancel a Request without penalty, provided the cancellation occurs before the Service Provider departs for the Premises.
2. Registration Data; Account Security
By using the Service, you agree to the following:
We reserve the right to reject any registration form at our sole discretion. To register as a User, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. By providing Registration Data, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If requested, you must provide proof of your age. If you cannot provide this proof, we reserve the right to terminate your registration at our discretion.
You may also register on behalf of a corporate entity, but by doing so, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the entity, to bind the entity to these terms, and to register for the Service and App on its behalf.
Upon successfully registering, you will create an account ("User Account"), which will include your personal information, mobile phone number, and credit card data. You will choose a password to access your User Account. By creating a User Account, you agree to:
1. Promotions and Promotional Credits
From time to time, we may, at our sole discretion, offer promotional credits ("Promotional Credits") to Users. However, there is no guarantee or entitlement to receive such Promotional Credits. We reserve the right to activate, modify, or revoke any Promotional Credits at any time, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice to you.
Promotional Credits are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and will expire no later than 60 days from the date they are issued to your User Account.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Agreement at our sole discretion from time to time without prior notice. If any changes are made, we will post the most recent version of this Agreement on https://jobsido.com/terms, and indicate the date of the last revision at the bottom of the page. Your continued use of the Service, including the availability of your User Content (defined below), after any modifications to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If you do not agree to comply with this or any future version of the Agreement, you must discontinue your use of the Service. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page for any updates to the Agreement and to review those changes.
4. Content
In this Agreement, "Content" refers to all materials and content of any type, including but not limited to: ratings, photos, graphics, images, designs, profiles, messages, information, notes, text, Registration Data, Requests, location data, music, sound, video, articles, and software.

The Service allows you (or any person using your User Account) to submit, transmit, copy, make available, and distribute Content (collectively, your "User Content"). We do not claim ownership over your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you:

All content available on or stored within the Service, excluding your User Content, including the Service itself (the Website, the App), other Users' Content, any Content made available by JobsIdo or any third party, and the arrangement of all such Content (collectively, the "Service Content"), is the proprietary property of JobsIdo, its Users, or its licensors. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service Content are reserved by JobsIdo, its Users, or its licensors, as applicable.
7. Our License to You
Provided that you are eligible to use the Service and agree to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable (with or without notice or cause), and non-exclusive license to access and use the Service. You may also download or print a copy of any portion of the Service Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, as expressly permitted by this Agreement. This license is subject to the following conditions:
If we revoke this license, you agree to remove any content that infringes on the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, the terms of this Agreement will continue to bind you even after revocation.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service is intended solely for your personal use in connection with properly requesting or servicing Requests and may not be used for any other commercial purpose. Without limiting any other provisions of this Agreement, you agree not to:

You acknowledge and agree that the Service must remain a safe platform for families with children. Therefore, you agree not to upload or display any User Content that portrays explicit nudity, adult content, or material deemed unacceptable for minors or objectionable at our sole discretion. Prohibited User Content includes, but is not limited to, material inappropriate for viewing in a public museum where minors may visit, or content suitable only for adult sites, adult magazines, or R-rated movies. You acknowledge that the determination of whether User Content is suitable lies solely with us, and we reserve the right (but are not obligated) to (a) delete any User Content that we believe violates this Agreement or (b) cancel the User Account associated with such User Content.
10. User Content Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that (a) you are solely responsible for all of your User Content, and (b) we may, but are not obligated to, review and delete or remove (without notice) any User Content in our sole discretion, including any User Content that violates this Agreement. You agree to evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any User Content, including reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. You acknowledge that you may not rely on any Service Content (except for this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other legally binding agreements) for any purpose. You will also comply with any local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws related to data export if you are outside of Canada.
11. Other Uses
Any use of the Service or the Service Content not specifically authorized in this Agreement, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will automatically terminate all licenses granted by us herein. Such unauthorized use may violate applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, trade secrets, trademark laws, and relevant communications regulations. Unless explicitly stated, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to perform maintenance on, add to, remove from, upgrade, update, suspend, or modify the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION HEREIN, YOU AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SUCH MAINTENANCE, ADDITION, REMOVAL, UPGRADE, UPDATE, SUSPENSION, OR MODIFICATION.
13. General Practices Regarding Use and Storage
You acknowledge that we may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the Service, including but not limited to the maximum number of days User Content will be retained, the maximum amount of User Content that may be transmitted, posted, shared, or otherwise made available (whether per User Account or globally), the maximum size of any User Content, and the maximum disk space allocated on the Service's servers for any User. You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any User Content or other communications maintained or transmitted by the Service. We reserve the right to log off or disconnect any User Account that remains inactive for an extended period, at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your User Account at any time by deleting it. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or deactivate your User Account if we suspect or determine, at our sole discretion, that you have misused our Services, used them to violate any law, or breached any term of this Agreement. We will notify you of such deactivation, and you agree to cease all use of our Services and any Service Content licensed to you as described in Section 9 of this Agreement.
15. Trademarks
Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, "Jobsido," "Jobsido On Demand," the Jobsido logo and design, and all other trademarks, trade dress, graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names used by https://jobsido.com in connection with the Service (collectively, the "Marks") are registered trademarks, trademarks, or trade dress of https://jobsido.com or our licensors. All rights, title, and interest in the Marks, whether registered or not, are and shall remain vested in us or our licensors. The Marks may not be used, including as part of trademarks, trade names, trade dress, or domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
16. Third Party Sites and Content
The Service may contain links to other websites ("Third Party Sites") as well as content (e.g., GPS systems) belonging to or originating from parties other than us or our Users ("Third Party Content"). Such Third Party Sites and Third Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. We are not responsible for any Third Party Sites accessed through the Service or any Third Party Content available on the Service, including, without limitation, their content, accuracy, safety, functionality, opinions, reliability, or policies. The inclusion of or linking to any Third Party Site or any Third Party Content does not imply our approval or endorsement and does not guarantee that any Third Party Content will function with the Service or be error-free. If you decide to leave the Service and access Third Party Sites, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that our terms and policies do not govern your use of those sites. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any Third Party Site you navigate to from the Service. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any references to or representations, endorsements, reviews, recommendations, or sponsorship of the Service or any Service Provider on any Third Party Site.

To publish an advertisement on the homepage or within any category on Jobsido, you must purchase an advertising package. Please ensure that all advertisements comply with our content guidelines and policies.
18. User-and-User Disputes and Release
The Service serves solely as a venue for connecting Users. We are not involved in the actual interactions between Users or the provision of Skilled Professionals, and you are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. If you have a dispute with one or more Users, you release https://jobsido.com (along with our officers, directors, agents, investors, subsidiaries, and employees) from any and all claims, demands, or damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, direct or indirect, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

No Responsibility for Others' Content: We are not responsible or liable in any manner for any User Content or Third-Party Content available on the Service, whether made available by Users or by any of the technology associated with the Service. Although we provide this Agreement and other policies and rules for User conduct, we do not control and are not responsible for our Users' actions and are not liable for any Content you may encounter on the Service, whether User Content or Third Party Content. We do not monitor User Content or Third-Party Content and have no responsibility for the conduct of any User, whether online or offline.
b. Availability: The Service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of User Content. We are not liable for any problems or technical malfunctions, including but not limited to any issue with telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any website (including those within the Service).
c. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the provision of Skilled Professionals, the acceptance of any Requests for Skilled Professionals, or the availability, workmanship, timeliness, integrity, ability, or skill of Service Providers or the Skilled Professionals they claim to provide. We do not guarantee that Service Providers hold any qualifications, certifications, licenses, training, or insurance required to provide Skilled Professionals. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT ANY SERVICE PROVIDER'S PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATION, LICENSE, INSURANCE, BOND, OR WORKER'S COMPENSATION PROTECTION RELATED TO A HOME SERVICE.
d. AS IS; AS AVAILABLE: THE SERVICE AND THE SERVICE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
